  • Sixth grade students are required to have 8 service hours, 12 service hours for seventh grade and 16 hours for eighth grade. Students will need to turn in hours quarterly using the Volunteer Hours Log.

  • 8th Grade students attended a Confirmation Retreat in September 2024 at Damascus in Centerburg, Ohio. 6th Grade students will attend a Faith and Science retreat at Damascus in March 2025 and all junior high students will have an opportunity to attend a retreat during the 2025-2026 School Year.

    6th Grade: Faith and Science

    7th Grade: Leadership Retreat

    8th Grade: Confirmation Retreat

    All retreat costs have been capped at $50 thanks to Father Philip Racco’s collaboration with the Endowment Fund.

High School Admissions Timeline

  • Thursday, January 2, 2025 - Applications Open

  • Friday, January 10, 2025 - Applications Due

  • Friday, January 17, 2025 - Applications Close (2nd quarter grades from grade schools uploaded to Digital Academy)

  • Wednesday, February 5, 2025 - Decision letters mailed at 12:00 p.m.

  • Thursday, February 6, 2025 - Electronic communications about decisions sent at 3:00 p.m
